Job summary

Torchy’s is seeking a Utility Team Member in Austin, TX to keep the dining room and kitchen clean and organized. Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking, and assisting with prep as needed to ensure a smooth operation.

The role offers $14.00 per hour with pooled tips, plus a food discount for you and a spouse, and eligibility for benefits after one year and 401(k) after six months. Full-time positions include medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers Certification.
• Ability to stand for several hours.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop dining room, bathrooms, and back of house.
• Clean spills promptly to ensure safety.
• Pre-bus tables to maintain a tidy dining area.
• Clean windows, walkways, and entrances/exits.
• Restock service areas and stock beverage stations.
• Assist with prep or line duties as needed.
• Unload and put away orders and empty back of house trash.
