Job summary

Yard House Restaurants is seeking a Busser/Barback in Springfield, VA to support servers and bartenders by keeping the dining room and bar areas clean and well-stocked. You will assist with clearing the bar, sanitizing barware, and restocking glassware and plates while helping ensure the beers on tap stay fresh by changing kegs as needed.

The role offers tip-based earnings with base pay indicated and opportunities to grow within a dynamic restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• This role focuses on cleaning, stocking, and supporting bartenders and servers in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, sanitized, stocked dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas.
• Assist Bartenders by clearing the bar top and cleaning barware.
• Restock glassware and plateware; change kegs as needed to keep beer on tap fresh.

Job description

$2.13 per hour - $2.13 per hour plus tips.

Our Busser/Barbacks are the right hands to our Servers and Bartenders. They ensure our dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked and visually appealing. They assist our Bartenders in clearing the bar top, cleaning/sanitizing the barware, and restocking glassware and plateware. In addition, they change out kegs as needed to keep our beers on tap fresh!
