Job summary

IHOP is seeking a dishwasher to maintain a clean and organized dining environment. You will clear and reset tables, wash all dishes and utensils, and assist with stocking and restocking in the dining and service areas.

Training will be provided to follow SOPs and uphold guest cleanliness standards. Efficient workers with the ability to manage physical tasks and follow instructions will thrive in this environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and memos in English or Spanish.
• Ability to follow one-step or two-step instructions with limited variables.
• IHOP training coursework as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables and dining area after guests leave.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glassware according to SOP.
• Unload, stock, and rotate food and supplies as needed.
• Stock and rotate supplies in service areas and dining room.
• Check restrooms hourly for proper stocking and cleanliness.
• Comply with IHOP uniform standards and appearance guidelines.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
