Job summary

Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano in Algonquin, IL is seeking a Busser for part-time hours. You will support the wait staff, prep dining areas, clear tables, refill waters and assist with bread service in a lively hospitality setting.

The role requires physical stamina, flexibility to work weekends/evenings, and dedication to hygiene standards with opportunities for growth and benefits such as health insurance eligibility and meal discounts.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
• Ability to carry heavy trays and stand for extended periods.

• Capability to push/pull/reach/bend and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support the wait staff during service.
• Prepare dining areas before seating guests.
• Clear plates, glasses and silverware after use.
• Refill waters for guests.
• Provide bread service and maintain service areas.
• Clean and reset tables between guests.
• Perform side work and station setup as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors and maintain general cleanliness.
• Assist with overall dining room and facility upkeep.
