Job summary

First Watch Restaurants, Inc. is hiring Bussers to support our daytime dining concept, ensuring clean and ready tables for breakfast, brunch and lunch service. You will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, collaborating with Hosts, Servers and kitchen staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities include resetting tables quickly, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with light housekeeping and side duties as needed. Must be at least 18 years old.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – making contact with a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.” Does this sound like you? Our Bussers (just to name a few):

• Update and communicate to Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating
• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, etc.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
