Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a Busser for ParOne Clubhouse at SkyRidge in Park City, Utah. You will help servers deliver food and beverages, keep dining areas immaculate, and contribute to a seamless guest experience in a vibrant resort setting.

The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized, and fully set dining tables throughout service.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly in accordance with restaurant standards.
• Replenish table settings and assist with guest requests as directed.
• Support servers and bartenders by delivering food, beverages, and service items when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and guest-facing spaces.
• Polish glassware, flatware, and other service items to presentation standards.
• Stock service stations with necessary supplies throughout each shift.
• Assist with opening, running, and closing side work.
• Maintain awareness of the dining room to anticipate operational and guest needs.
• Communicate effectively with leaders and team members to ensure efficient service.
• Follow all company policies, sanitation procedures, food safety standards, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

We currently have an opportunity for a well-rounded and seasoned Busser to join our ParOne Clubhouse opening team. Our bussers will play an essential role in delivering service that feels seamless and effortless. We are seeking individuals who take pride in maintaining an immaculate dining room, anticipating the needs of both guests and team members, and supporting every stage of service with urgency, precision, and professionalism.
