Job summary

First Watch in Reading, MA is seeking a friendly Busser to support the restaurant team during breakfast, lunch, and weekend brunch. You will clear and reset tables quickly, assist guests and servers, and help maintain a clean dining area in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, communicate with hosts, and take pride in delivering a welcoming experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to contribute to smooth service while enjoying daytime

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal "table readiness."
