Job summary

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Busser to support our dining team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will help maintain beverage and food stations, assist servers, and prepare tables for service in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires staying active, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working weekends/holidays. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within our team at Fogo de Chão.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and transport objects up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide Server support by maintaining ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes and other items at each table.
• Execute table clean up and setup efficiently.
• Transport trays from dining room to the dishwashing area.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
• Assist in maintaining each service station.
• Manage competing demands while prioritizing guest needs.
