First Watch in Texas is hiring Bussers who embody our YOU FIRST culture: no night shifts, a chef-curated menu, and a commitment to making employees happy. You will help deliver our breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience by keeping tables ready and communicating with hosts and servers.

Ideal candidates excel at teamwork, cleanliness, and speed; you’ll reset tables within 3 minutes, support hosts, and contribute to a welcoming dining room. Benefits include health insurance, meals, and discounts.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal "table readiness."
