The primary focus of a Busser is maintaining cleanliness to create a positive first impression for guests. Key duties include setting tables, removing soiled dishes, glassware, and silverware, and ensuring proper maintenance of side stations, floors, furniture, and restrooms. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Reporting Relationship

This position reports to the Supervisor/Manager on Duty.

Qualifications and Requirements

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete basic Beer Diplomat Training.
• Sort and evaluate silverware for cleanliness.
• Perform routine restroom checks.
• Assist wait staff with food delivery and supply retrieval.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and employee policies.
• Learn dining room layout, sections, and table numbers.
• Set up tables and chairs for service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and stations.
• Support staff with ice and glassware stocking.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
