Responsibilities

• Providing an exceptional brewhouse experience to our Guest, while maintaining dining room cleanliness by clearing and setting tables in a timely and efficient manner.
• Performing station opening/closing setup for each shift.
• Restocking glassware, ice, and beverage items.
• Polishing, rolling, and prepping silverware.
• Ensuring chairs, floors and Guest dining areas are clean.
