First Watch is hiring bussers in Indianapolis, IN to maintain clean dining areas, reset tables quickly, and support hosts and servers in a fast-paced daytime dining environment. Ideal candidates communicate well and work as part of a collaborative team. Must be at least 18 years old and flexible with duties such as light housekeeping.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – making contact with a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”Does this sound like you? Our Bussers (just to name a few):
