Job summary

Brookdale in Fort Myers is seeking dining staff to maintain a welcoming dining area and uphold Brookdale standards for food and service. You will assist in service, keep the dining area organized, and ensure clean setup between meals.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED; prior dining experience is a plus. Brookdale offers health/life/retirement benefits and a base pay determined by skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the dining staff by maintaining a pleasant and clean dining environment through the removal of soiled dishes and the re-setting of tables.
• Ensure the quality and standards of food and service are in accordance with Brookdale standards.
• Keep bus station stocked and organized.
• Assist in service as needed.
• Obtain and hold any local or state required food handling/supervision/sanitation licenses and/or certifications.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
