Job summary

Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort is seeking a dining services teammate to support the Outlet Manager and servers in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area, reset tables, and ensure smooth service across meal periods.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting; reset service ware.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment.
• Serve guests with beverages, bread, and butter and replenish as necessary.
• Transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
