Job summary

First Watch is hiring a Busser to support our breakfast, brunch, and lunch service with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and speedy table turnover. You will help maintain a welcoming dining area and assist in creating a positive guest experience.

As part of a collaborative team, you will clear and reset tables quickly, communicate with Hosts and Servers, and help with light housekeeping as needed. This role values reliability and teamwork.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal "table readiness."
