Job summary

First Watch Restaurants, Inc. is hiring Bussers to support our daytime dining concept, delivering fast, friendly service and helping to keep tables ready for guests.

As a Busser you will work as part of a team, communicating with Hosts and Servers, cleaning and resetting tables within 3 minutes, and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – making contact with a nearby Host to signal table readiness. Does this sound like you? Our Bussers (just to name a few):
