Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional brewhouse experience to our Guests, maintain dining room cleanliness
• Clearing and setting tables in a timely and efficient manner
• Performing station opening/closing setup for each shift
• Restocking glassware, ice, and beverage items
• Polishing, rolling, and prepping silverware
• Ensuring chairs, floors and Guest dining areas are clean
