Job summary

Fogo de Chão Albuquerque is seeking a dedicated Busser to support servers by keeping ice water, cheese rolls, and side dishes ready at each table, while assisting with table setup and cleaning.

You will transport trays to the dishwashing area, help maintain each service station, and complete opening or closing duties. Candidates should be able to stand long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and happily work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
