Job summary

A well-known hospitality company in Biloxi, MS is looking for a Busser who will provide excellent service to guests. Successful candidates will assist servers and ensure tables are clean and well-prepared. This role requires good people skills and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects. Training is offered for the right candidates. A positive work environment where diversity is valued is promoted, and competitive pay is provided, including opportunities for tips.

Qualifications

• Prior experience preferred, but training is available.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects.
• Must have good grooming and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Minimum age of 18.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees
• Assist servers to provide the highest quality dining experience possible consistent with restaurant and regulatory guidelines
• Remove used tableware and reset tables; provide clean and polished utensils, organize condiments, spot sweep carpets, wipe off chairs
• Replenish station and restroom supplies as needed

Qualifications

• Have prior experience, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects
• Have good people skills and a well-groomed appearance
• Have the ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Are at least 18 years old
