Job summary

Doit is seeking a Business Unit Head in Malaysia to build and lead a business end-to-end, owning the P&L, product, team and execution. You will identify opportunities, decide what to build, hire the team, launch and improve products, and drive growth and profitability.

This hands-on role requires strong track record in fintech or consumer tech, ability to operate across product, engineering, operations and commercial functions, and a proven talent for building high-performing teams.

The Role

We are looking for a Business Unit Head to build and lead a business from end to end.

You will own the P&L, product, team and execution. You will identify opportunities, decide what to build, hire the team, launch and improve products, and drive growth and profitability.

This is a hands-on operating role with direct accountability for business results.

Location

This role is based in Malaysia. This is a hybrid role. You are expected to work from our Malaysia office at least 3 days per week.
