Sedgwick is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Analyst in Finance to drive enterprise-wide initiatives. You will apply analytical and data-driven approaches to identify opportunities, partner with stakeholders, and translate insights into actionable strategies that accelerate growth and improve performance.

You will leverage AI to automate workflows, monitor progress, and embed continuous improvement while aligning transformation efforts with organizational goals.

Formación

• Requires a bachelor's degree in business, IT, finance, data science, or analytics.
• Certifications in CBTP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP are preferred.
• Six years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis.

• Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitors progress against transformation objectives.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement into all transformation efforts.

Business Transformation Analyst Sr. - Finance

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Sr. Business Transformation Analyst supports enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing growth, performance, and innovation. This role collaborates across departments to identify and prioritize opportunities, applying analytical and data-driven capabilities to solve business challenges, and leverages AI to improve business processes. The Analyst requires a strong foundation in business problem-solving, data analysis, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive meaningful change.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE

• Engages with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with organizational goals.
• Assists in the design and delivery of transformation programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Utilizes AI tools and technologies to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and accelerate innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.

Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), or Management Professional (PMP) preferred.

Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred.
