Confidential Employer in Maryland seeks a seasoned transaction attorney to counsel business owners and organizations on transactional and corporate matters. You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and related documents, and advise on formation, governance, and ownership structures.

• Collaborate with attorneys, staff, accountants, financial professionals, and other advisors.
• Contribute to business development efforts and take an active role in growing your own practice within the firm.
