Avive is seeking a Business Systems Developer in Brisbane, CA to design, implement, and maintain cross‑system integrations. You will work with BizOps, Finance, Quality, HR, and Engineering to ensure data integrity and operational excellence across NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, and Shopify.

The role requires 3–7 years in software development focused on integration, strong API/REST skills, and experience with Python and SQL. It is a hybrid position with three onsite days in Brisbane, CA.

Qualificações

• 3-7 years of experience in software development with a focus on system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, Shopify, and Celigo.
• Strong understanding of APIs, REST, and data integration practices; Python and SQL skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between key business systems including NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, Shopify, and other platforms.
• Leverage Celigo to create data flows and streamline cross-system processes to reduce manual intervention and enhance efficiency.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to minimize disruption.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to document business requirements and data mappings.
• Ensure data integrity and synchronization across connected systems.
• Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track integration health and performance.
• Assist in data migration strategies for new system implementations.
• Act as first point of contact for integration issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Document system changes and support end-user training.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Systems Developerto work closely with BizOps, Finance, Quality, HR, and Engineering in building Avive’s system infrastructure while maintaining ongoing operations. You will report to the Head of Software and partner with Avive’s leaders to build towards operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between key business systems, including NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, Shopify, and other platforms.
• Leverage tools like Celigo to create data flows and streamline cross‑system processes to reduce manual intervention and enhance process efficiency.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify and document business requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and synchronization across all connected business systems.
• Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track integration health and operational performance.
• Assist in the creation and execution of data migration strategies for new system implementations.
• Act as the first point of contact for issues related to system integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, working with internal teams and vendors as needed.
• Document system changes, update technical documentation, and support end‑user training.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 3-7 years of experience in software development with strong experience in integration of systems.
• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, Shopify, and Celigo (or similar iPaaS tools).
• Strong understanding of APIs, REST, and data integration best practices.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python) and SQL for data manipulation.
• Ability to identify root causes and recommend data‑driven solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
