Job summary

The State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB) is seeking a Business Systems Engineer to help design, configure, enhance, and operate SWIB’s front- and middle-office systems, with emphasis on Charles River CRIMS/CRD. You will collaborate with Trading, Portfolio Management, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to ensure integrated, well-supported platforms aligned with business needs.

Position Overview

The Business Systems Engineer supports the design, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing operation of SWIB’s front‑and middle‑office business systems, with primary emphasis on the Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS/CRD). Pursuant to our Hybrid Remote Work Policy, all staff have the flexibility to work remotely, but are required to have a weekly presence in our offices, the frequency of which is dependent on their distance from office. Staff are not required to reside locally; however, we offer relocation reimbursement to the Dane County area per our policy.
