TEKsystems seeks a Business Systems Analyst Consultant to partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions that support risk management, regulatory reporting, and digital transformation initiatives.

This onsite role requires building relationships, gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and implementing technology that creates business value in a contract-to-hire arrangement out of Wichita, KS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience gathering requirements with stakeholders.
• Strong SQL, Excel, and data analysis skills.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and backlog management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with risk management/regulatory reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business users to understand objectives and define business requirements.
• Document business processes, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze and recommend process improvements and technology solutions.
• Support the design, testing, and implementation of risk, reporting, and trading-related applications.
• Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment.
• Utilize SQL and data analysis techniques to support business and technical needs.
• Coordinate testing efforts and support change management activities.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including AWS-based solutions.
