RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in effecting positive changes for business users by identifying opportunities for improvement that deliver value to the organization.
• Analyzes business and user needs by getting to the root of the problem with research and fact-finding, documents business requirements, and recommends system logic modifications as necessary under the direction of experienced Business System Analysts. Works with a business unit on specific project assignments.
• Creates, maintains, and executes test plans based on business requirements.
• Identifies, logs, and tracks defects.
• Work is closely checked, and errors may cause minor delay or expense.
• Role is established in the Information Technology function.

• Assists in effecting positive changes for the business users by identifying opportunities for improvement that deliver value to the organization.
