Responsabilidades

• Act as SME for FACETS Membership, Enrollment, Eligibility, and Billing.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Perform impact analysis for regulatory changes, system upgrades, and enhancements.
• Develop data mapping specifications and business process documents.
• Analyze membership enrollment, eligibility, and billing workflows.
• Coordinate UAT and support defect resolution.
• Work with development, QA, and operations teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage requirements in Jira.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in the Healthcare Payer domain and hands-on experience with TriZetto FACETS, specifically in Membership, Enrollment, Eligibility, and Billing modules.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience analyzing healthcare business processes, gathering requirements, performing impact assessments, and supporting FACETS implementations, enhancements, migrations, and production support.

The candidate must possess strong SQL skills, excellent analytical abilities, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and operations teams.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for FACETS Membership, Enrollment, Eligibility, and Billing functionalities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Perform impact analysis for regulatory changes, system upgrades, and application enhancements.
• Develop business process documents, workflow diagrams, business rules, and data mapping specifications.
• Analyze membership enrollment, eligibility, and billing workflows.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex business and system issues.
• Work with FACETS front-end functionality, batch processing, and backend data models.
• Write and execute advanced SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Support FACETS implementations, system migrations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support defect resolution.
• Collaborate with development, QA, business, and production support teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage requirements using Jira.
