Job summary

Job Description:

Gather, analyze, and document complex business, operational, and system requirements.

Translate business needs into functional requirements, workflows, process models, and user stories.

Conduct requirements workshops with business and technology stakeholders.

Support end-to-end solution design, implementation, and business validation.

Analyze healthcare claims, provider billing patterns, member utilization, and payment integrity opportunities.

Identify improper payments, financial leakage, root causes, and process improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with healthcare SMEs to understand clinical and non-clinical claim scenarios.

Translate business risks and operational challenges into AI-ready requirements.

Define business rules, signals, thresholds, and intervention logic for AI-enabled workflows.

Partner with Data Science teams to define model inputs, outputs, validation criteria, and success metrics.

Support Human-in-the-Loop processes, AI governance, and intelligent automation initiatives.

Analyze large healthcare datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business improvement opportunities.

Define KPIs, reporting requirements, and business validation strategies with analytics teams.

Collaborate with business, operations, product, engineering, and data science teams.

Present findings and recommendations to leadership and drive alignment across stakeholders.
