Business Systems Administrator | Pharma Plant

A Global leader in Hospital Generics is seeking a Plant SAP Specialist for a long-term contract role at their state-of-the-art Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facility in Bethlehem, PA.

In this key role, you'll manage all administrative duties related to the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), provide SAP support across Operations, lead data analysis and process improvement, and assist with reporting across departments. You'll also serve as the site SME for SAP, helping to streamline workflows and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• MES user access, roles, and rights management
• Master Batch Record (MBR) design and troubleshooting
• Ticketing and vendor liaison for MES/SAP issues
• Support for reporting, analytics, and monthly data reviews
• Lead site-wide SAP support
• Continuous improvement in MES, SAP, and related systems
• Serve as the backup for Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ reporting)
• Inventory database management
