• Develop proofs-of-concept using Power BI, Fabric, Databricks, Power Platform, Copilot, and AI solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to translate operational challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Support design of intelligent workflows, automations, and AI-enabled processes.
• Explore emerging technologies and assess potential efficiency and insight gains.

As a GBS Business Services Intern, you won't just observe business processes—you'll help transform them. You'll partner with business leaders and technical experts to identify opportunities, analyze data, develop insights, and explore automation and AI-powered solutions that create measurable business value.

Over the course of the internship, you may:

• Build skills that bridge business strategy, process improvement, analytics, automation, and technology delivery.

Do you have what it takes?

• You are enrolled in a degree program with at least one semesterremainingfollowing the internship.

• You are pursuing a degree in: MIS, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Finance, Economics, BusinessAdministrationor relatedfield.

• You have a passion for using technology, data, and innovation to solve business problems.

• You are curious about automation, artificial intelligence, analytics, digital transformation, or emerging technologies.

• You enjoy combining analytical thinking with business problem-solving.

• You havestrong communicationskills and can translate data and technical concepts into business insights.

• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Platform, AI tools, analytics platforms, or automation technologies is a plus but notrequired.
