As a Business Sales Representative – Territory Accounts, you will own a defined local geography and focus on creating new business with small and mid‑sized companies. This is an acquisition sales role built for a motivated outside seller who is comfortable with various prospecting strategies including cold calling and walking into businesses to set appointments that will then be used to work with the customer to identify their challenges and create solutions to solve your customer’s problems. You will spend most of your time in the market identifying these opportunities, meeting business owners and decision‑makers, and positioning the right AT&T solutions. Earn with confidence and upside. This role offers a competitive base salary as well as performance‑based commissions tied directly to your sales results. At 100% of target, annual earnings range from $93,300 to $147,500. Earnings ramp as you build your customer opportunities, develop new customer relationships, and consistently close new business. Your income is directly correlated to your activity, execution, quota performance, and the strength of your sales pipeline.
