Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial services, preferably in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or quality control/assurance.
• SOX experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop testing procedures to evaluate the design and effectiveness of key controls across all lines of business.
• Execute testing plans as directed by the Business Risk & Control Testing Manager.
• Document testing procedures and results in detail for independent re-performance by auditors or regulators.
• Perform initial root cause analysis with business staff upon identification of a testing exception.
• Document identified issues per industry standards and internal procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices for testing techniques.
• Adhere to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts in daily tasks.
• Deliver a high level of service within our Serving More standards.

• Develop testing procedures to evaluate the design and effectiveness of key controls across all lines of business
• Execute testing plans as directed by the Business Risk& Control Testing Manager
• Document testing procedures and results in sufficient detail to allow for independent re-performance from auditors or regulators
• Perform initial root cause analysis with business staff upon the identification of a testing exception
• Perform initial documentation of identified issues based on industry standards and internal procedures
• Maintain a working knowledge of industry best practices for testing techniques
• Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
• Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
• Other duties as assigned

SCHEDULE

Typical office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week.

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE

At a minimum, employees must obtain a HS Diploma or GED

2-4 years experience in the financial services industry preferably in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or quality control/assurance.

SOX experience is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers.
