Iberia Advisory LLC is seeking a Junior/Mid Business Requirements Analyst to analyze Army financial and logistics data and support enterprise analytics. You will work with senior consultants and data engineers to define requirements and data integration logic from Army ERP systems and legacy accounting tools.

The role involves workshops, collaboration with government stakeholders, and building expertise in Army financial processes and data structures.

Qualifications

• Supports Army or DoD ERP-related implementations or sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of Army financial systems and the Army Line of Accounting.

Business Requirements Analyst

We are hiring a Business Requirements Analyst (junior or mid levels) to help our Army clients analyze financial and logistics data that supports enterprise financial analytics. Working alongside senior functional consultants and data engineers, you will help define the requirements and business logic needed to integrate data from Army ERPs and legacy accounting, budgeting and costing systems. Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive research on Army financial business processes, tracing how transactions and data move across SAP and legacy systems to inform requirements and integration logic.
• Gather, document and validate business requirements, data mappings and business rules for SAP and non-SAP data sources
• Prepare for and take part in functional workshops and meetings, and document decisions, data dependencies and open issues
• Work with senior financial SMEs, data engineers and government stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve data questions
• Help track project timelines, deliverables and action items, and keep the team informed of progress and risks
• Build working knowledge of Army financial systems, processes and the Army Line of Accounting

Required Skills & Experience

• Active Secret security clearance
• 3–7 years of experience in business or functional analysis, preferably supporting Army or DoD ERP implementation or sustainment
• Familiarity with GFEBS or another SAP-based federal financial system
• Basic understanding of the Army's financial Line of Accounting and its key data elements
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes and creating data mappings
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with SAP data objects, table structures, and relationships, and how they support financial and logistics reporting.
• Experience with data warehouse, data lake or reporting projects
• SQL or other data analysis skills, such as Excel, Power BI or Databricks
• Experience supporting business process re-engineering or system modernization efforts

The pay range for this role is:

85,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Remote - Junior)

105,000 - 130,000 USD per year (Remote - Mid Level)
