Bio-Rad Laboratories is seeking a Business Process Specialist III in Global Supply Chain to lead complex initiatives that improve customer order fulfillment and reduce costs. You will analyze data, manage projects, and collaborate with multiple functions to optimize inventory and service levels.
The role requires extensive supply chain experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with a focus on cross-functional alignment and strategic decision support.
Lead iniatives to develop a world class logistics and supply planning organization that supports exceptional customer order fufillment at the lowest cost to serve as aBusiness Process Specialist III in Global Supply Chain. Reporting into the Associate Director of Logistics and Supply Planning’s Center of Excellence, you’ll utilize a combination of analytics, problem solving, project management, and leadership skills to improve customer experience, reduce costs, promte quality, and optimize our global inventory management. This role is highly cross functional and is expected to lead initiatives with partners horizontally and vertically within Logsitics, Transportation, Supply Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Commercial, Manufactuing and other functional teams.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $117,900 – $162,200 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
