The Product Operations Business Process team drives the design, governance, and continuous improvement of business processes across Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), product data, and business intelligence domains. This team plays a crucial role in enhancing lifecycle execution, data quality, and operational visibility, directly supporting cross-functional partners such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product Management. Comprised of experienced professionals with deep expertise in PLM and data governance, the team fosters a collaborative and innovative environment focused on scalable process solutions. Lead the design, simplification, and continuous improvement of business processes to strengthen product lifecycle execution and data governance. Partner with cross-functional teams to align processes and improve operational consistency, enabling better decision-making through enhanced reporting and analytics. Drive governance improvements across product master data, engineering change management, and lifecycle operations to ensure compliance and audit readiness. Define business requirements for KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that increase visibility into process health and operational performance. Champion change management and adoption of new processes and tools to modernize workflows and improve scalability.

The starting salary range posted for this position is $148,500.00 to $193,300.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.
Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
