Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a Senior Expert Business Process Management - Manufacturing to optimize end-to-end processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement. • Academic degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Management, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Significant experience in business process management, process optimization, operational excellence or continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes with deep expertise in Manufacturing and knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement processes.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

• Analyze, optimize and further develop end-to-end business processes with a strong focus on Manufacturing while considering interfaces across Supply Chain and Procurement
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies, challenge existing ways of working and implement sustainable improvements
• Drive process excellence initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, process transparency and business performance across the organization
• Leverage process and operational data to identify improvement opportunities, measure performance and support data-driven decision-making
• Translate business requirements into scalable process solutions and support their implementation in collaboration with IT and functional teams
• Define, document and maintain process standards, methodologies and governance principles to ensure consistency, transparency and long-term sustainability
• Support the integration of process and data-related requirements across systems and functions to enable efficient business operations
• Manage process improvement initiatives by coordinating timelines, stakeholders, resources and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
• Promote knowledge sharing, best practices and continuous improvement across functions and regions
• Contribute hands-on to operational process initiatives while driving long-term process development and business transformation

What Will Convince Us

• Proven experience translating business requirements into sustainable process solutions and driving implementation in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and their application in complex organizational environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and consulting skills with the ability to engage effectively across organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities combined with a proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
• Curiosity, drive and the confidence to challenge existing processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
