Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to drive process improvement and automation across the North America region. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and lead testing and adoption efforts for enterprise applications including ServiceNow, Power Platform, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities include modeling business processes, coordinating testing, and delivering analytics-based insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, process automation, application support, or business technology solutions.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications and workflows.
• Experience leading testing, implementation, and user adoption activities.

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and develop technology-enabled solutions.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirement specifications.
• Lead process redesign, workflow optimization, and automation initiatives.
• Develop implementation plans, testing strategies, deployment plans, and user training materials.
