Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Business Process Analyst in Arlington, VA to lead or support teams applying process improvement, reengineering, modernization, and transformation across financial and operations management. You will assess process performance, coordinate across project teams, and help design or implement new business processes aligned with policy and strategic goals.

A CBP Public Trust clearance and a Bachelor's degree are required, with three or more years of experience in process

Job Family:Management ConsultingTravel Required:NoneClearance Required:Active Public TrustWhat You Will Do:The Business Process Analyst will lead or support teams of analysts in applying process improvement, reengineering, modernization, and transformation methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across financial and operations management functions. This role will assess process performance in complex environments, evaluate the relationships between financial, staffing, support, and operational processes and outcomes, and guide requirements gathering through interviews, surveys, working sessions, and focus groups. The analyst will also support the design and implementation of new or improved business processes.The Business Process Analyst will coordinate across multiple project teams to support enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.
