Business Planning Manager for Solutions and Growth Description - The Business Planning Manager (BPM) for Poly is responsible for leading end-to-end planning activities across the Poly portfolio, connecting demand, supply, and execution to deliver optimal business outcomes. The role operates at a highly strategic and analytical level, driving complex planning decisions, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring alignment between supply chain capabilities and business priorities. This position plays a critical role in improving conversion, customer experience, inventory health, and financial performance, while enabling scalable and data-driven planning processes for Poly within the broader Personal Systems organization.
The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
