Clarify demand dynamics with supplying parties and support counterparts to meet ASML growth.
  • Secure material availability for factory outputs and service events at customers:
    • Provide a stable and reliable plan to suppliers and module factories

    • Drive D&S gap closure actions and monitor plan execution on a weekly basis
    • Drive decision-making on investment scenarios for capacity increases (1-3 year horizon)
  • Manage inventory levels to reduce risk of excess and obsolescence (E&O):
    • Decide on buffer strategies
    • Make inventory projections and E&O risk assessments
    • Actively resolve inefficient and over-planned inventory risks
  • Oversee planning inputs:
    • Optimize planning parameters
    • Decide on and implement the best planning policy (eg manual planning versus MRP)
    • Improve planning policies and methodologies (eg new demand leveling method)
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with demand planning, supplier-facing departments, product lifecycle management and production planning to reach agreement on the supply plan and D&S gap closure actions
Education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration).
