Job Summary

This role supports our Distribution Asset & Program Management Teams. Responsibilities include preparing, analyzing, and presenting Electric Distribution dataforbusiness use. Define and develop performance metrics, analyze and recommend data collection process improvements, and ensure data integrity as it relates to reporting and analytics. Identify better work and business processes. Develop cost/allocation, cost/benefit programs, systems, and models to support the development of business strategies. Support,manage, and administer our capital planning investmentapplicationused for portfolio planning, riskmanagement, and scenario optimization.Develop programs and implement automated methods and systems to track workflow and performance efficiencies. Perform varied analyses including identification of data outliersusing a variety of analytical toolsand prepare reports of an economic, business, and engineering nature.Additionally, this role involves understanding financial knowledge as it relates to capital and O&M planning,cost structures, risk quantification, and variance documentation and reporting.

The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following:

2+years or relevant experience in a directly related field. Planning, organizational and projectmanagement skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously, Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making. Analytical skills. Good computer skills. Good oral and written communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Risk Management/Portfolio System administration or use
  • Financial Acumen including understanding of calculating and assessing Cost Benefit Analyses (CBA)
  • Business Acumen
  • Strong Analytical Skills using a variety of tools(Excel (advanced), Power-Bi, Alteryx etc. )
  • Strong teamplayerwitha demonstrated ability to collaborate on Cross-functional team projects
  • Project Management or Program Management Administration experience
  • Electric Distribution experience
  • General Understanding of Electric Engineering Principles and SAP
Education Requirements

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:

Bachelor

Preferred Discipline(s): Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering,Data Analytics

Other Disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above.

Licenses, Certifications, or Quals Description

Preferred: PMP, Six Sigma, and/or Project Management Certification

What You'll Get

Expected Hiring Base Salary Range:

Business Performance Analyst - $65,500 to $85,000

Senior Business Performance Analyst - $81,900 to $106,400

The expected hiring base salary range is the range we anticipate hiring within for this position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the selected candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and work location. This is not intended to represent the full salary range for the position or limit future compensation growth.
