Job summary

Glass Doctor of North Texas in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to work alongside our leadership and operations teams and gain hands-on exposure to what it takes to run and grow a multi-location business.

This role is not a traditional administrative assistant. You will rotate through operations, customer experience, recruiting, scheduling and special projects, solving problems, improving processes and owning projects from idea to execution.
