Overview

VTG is seeking a Business Operations & Program Management Support Analyst, located in Springfield, Va. This opportunity is contingent upon award.

What will you do?

As the lead for business operations, this principal expert manages the entire contractor support portfolio for a major government program office or directorate. This role involves providing strategic-level recommendations directly to government leadership, spearheading special projects to improve organizational effectiveness, and ensuring all operational activities align with the agency's mission. This individual acts as the primary strategic interface between the contractor team and senior government leaders. Work at this level involves an extraordinary degree of specialized knowledge or expertise performing highly complex and ambiguous assignments that normally require integration and synthesis of a number of unrelated disciplines and disparate concepts.

Do you have what it takes?

• Demonstrated experience assessing communications metrics and data to support senior decision makers at the executive level for strategic communications decisions.
• Demonstrated experience with electronic publishing and the publication production process.
• Demonstrated experience in presenting oral and written communications to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated experience providing strategic level decisions in a team environment.
• Demonstrated experience in standard business application software for presentations, word processing, and SharePoint-based websites
• Bachelors degree in Business Management, IT Management, Information Systems, or a similar field.
• Active TS/SCI w/Poly

Pay Range: VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $145,000 - $200,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
