Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented professional to own projects from problem definition through implementation.

You will dig into processes and data to identify root causes, then develop practical solutions and partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Programs, Growth, and more to implement changes. Responsibilities include driving cross-functional collaboration, improving handoffs, and moving quickly to ensure solutions are in place.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience solving business or operational problems in fast-paced environments such as management consulting, startups, or private equity portfolio operations.
• Experience carrying a problem from analysis through implementation.
• High agency and high grit; takes ownership, learns quickly, and pushes through obstacles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively with limited direction and manage multiple priorities at once.

Location: Onsite in Los Angeles (Simi Valley) or Washington, DC
