Intrepid Global Solutions (Intrepid) is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our National Security, Engineering, and Technology Solutions (NSETS) business unit. This position will serve as a key member of the National Security leadership team, assisting with current operations and supporting growth in the Intelligence Community (IC) portfolio.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
• SCIF expansion
• Classified proposal system
• Staffing support: assist with building a candidate pipeline for future hires in skills such as System Engineering, Cyber, Cloud, Data, Application Development, and Networks.

GROWTH INITIATIVES:

• Assist with proposal development
• Respond to RFIs and Market Surveys
• Establish industry relationships
• Build and cultivate customer relationships

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Customer IC domain experience and knowledge of McLean-based IC customer programs
• Experience working in IC-based Mission IT and/or Engineering & Integration scope programs
• Established relationships with industry partners supporting the IC

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• PMP certification

CLEARANCE:

Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly.
