Job summary

Perpay, a Philadelphia-based fintech, is seeking a Business Operations Intern for Summer 2027. This 10-12 week in-person internship offers mentorship and exposure to Approvals & Account Management, E-Commerce Operations, Payments & Reconciliation, and Customer Success.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, meet with business owners, and gain real-world experience in a fast-growing startup while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program with graduation winter 2027–summer 2028.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Interest in Business Operations, Marketing, Accounting & Finance, or Product Development.
• Attention to detail, organized and collaborative.
• Positive, resilient and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Operations team on daily tasks.
• Gain exposure to approvals, account management, e-commerce operations, payments, and reconciliation.
• Meet with business owners to drive personal and professional development.
• Develop skills to succeed in a fast-paced tech startup and contribute to culture.
