The role includes rotational projects, process improvement work, and a capstone summary of contributions for leadership.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to adapt and work with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist various departments with projects and daily operations.
• Support HR activities including recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with process improvement and workflow projects in Operations.
• Support AR/AP activities and financial data entry in Accounting.
• Assist with inventory management and supplier communications in Supply Chain & Purchasing.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to documentation and leadership-ready summaries.
