Havenly Brands seeks a strategic leader to own core initiatives across Havenly and our home-brand portfolio in Denver. You’ll evaluate opportunities, integrate financial insight, and drive initiatives from recommendation to measurable results.

You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to turn ambiguous questions into actionable plans, delivering growth with ownership across a multi-brand portfolio.

Qualificações

• Have experience in a strategy, development, finance, investment, or consulting role; demonstrated ability matters more than a particular title.
• Bring strong financial and analytical judgment, comfort with imperfect information, and the ability to communicate crisply with senior leaders.
• Approach ambiguous problems by figuring out what's broken and acting on it, not waiting to be told what's next.
• Move fast, take real ownership of outcomes, and hold themselves to a high bar.
• Collaborate well across teams, with a low-ego, no-drama approach to getting things done.

About The Role

You’ll own a strategic priority for Havenly Brands, from evaluating opportunities across our portfolio to making sure the ones we pursue actually deliver. We need someone who pairs big‑picture thinking with detailed, hands‑on work. Great looks like clear recommendations leadership can act on, and initiatives carried all the way through to results.

The Details

• Employment type: Full‑time, exempt
• Location: In office in Denver, CO at our beautiful headquarters in Cherry Creek
