We believe our operational systems should be as thoughtful and ambitious as the products we build. We have solid foundations with financial infrastructure, business systems, and core processes in place across the company. This is a role for someone who doesn't want to copy a playbook but help write one; someone who sees around corners, helps the people around them make better decisions, and takes genuine ownership of hard, open‑ended problems. If you're energized by variety, motivated by mission, and excited to build something that's never been done before, this role is for you.
This person should be equally comfortable owning the details and thinking about the bigger picture. You'll work across Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR, Operations, Facilities, IT, and more as a trusted partner.
