We’re building the learning infrastructure that transforms AI agents into true digital workers. While today’s agents can reason and plan, they fail to do meaningful work because they lack real experience operating in apps. Composio gives agents continuously improving, reusable skills across 800+ production-grade app connectors including Gmail, Linear, and Hubspot. We handle authentication, tool routing, retries, failure handling, and observability, making every action safe and dependable.
With a $25M Series A led by Lightspeed and 3× ARR growth since the beginning of 2026, we’re scaling fast and building for durability.
We’re hiring a Business Operations Associate to help build and run Composio’s internal operating system. This is a high-ambiguity role for someone excited to mature the company’s internal foundation: the systems, processes, and cadences that keep a fast-growing team aligned and effective.
You will report to the Chief of Staff and have broad scope to improve processes across the company, working closely with leadership and operating across finance, people operations, legal, and vendors. This role is ideal for someone who wants deep ownership of how a company actually runs.
Own Composio’s internal operations end-to-end: directly manage and run core systems including payroll and benefits, banking, treasury and cash management, vendor payments, customer billing, and internal tooling—with contractor support you manage.
Be the day-to-day owner of company operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and reliability across finance, people ops, and vendor workflows.
Build and run our operating cadence: weekly and monthly metrics, planning rhythms, meeting hygiene, decision logs, and internal reporting.
Run core FP&A workflows: budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and maintaining the financial model used for planning and decision-making.
Support investor relations: maintain the investor update pipeline; help prepare KPI reporting, board materials, and internal source-of-truth docs.
Create scalable internal processes: procurement workflows, approvals, vendor onboarding, renewals, and cost tracking, onboarding/offboarding checklists, access controls, and internal SLAs.
1–3 years of experience in business operations, consulting, finance ops, analytics, or an early-stage startup role.
An AI-first approach to work: you actively use AI tools to move faster, automate workflows, and improve the quality of your output.
A love for a startup environment
Stellar written and verbal communication; you produce clean docs and crisp updates.
Experience supporting fundraising, board prep, or investor updates.
Financial modeling experience, including forecasting, budgeting, or scenario analysis.
Experience setting up or running internal systems (payroll, accounting tools, procurement, permissions/access tooling).
Exposure to vendor selection, contract tracking, renewals, and spend management.
🍽 Lunch and dinner provided in the office
🏥 Fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance
📚 $200/month learning and development budget
🤖 $1,000/month AI tool experimentation budget to automate, accelerate, and improve how you work
🚀 High-ownership role with direct exposure to leadership and company-building decisions
We believe in individual ownership and high trust, empowering people to identify and tackle the most important problems in the business. We are an in-person team that defaults to using agents to do work faster and better than we could on our own. Above all, we share a sense of curiosity and excitement about what agents may ultimately be capable of achieving.
